👥 How referrals work
15%
The standard referrer share is calculated from confirmed client-paid money only. It is recorded against the TTG transaction after payment truth is confirmed.
- Referral commission is based on money actually received from the client.
- The fixed referrer rate is 15% in the current referral contract.
- A separate 5% goodwill reserve may be controlled by TTG for approved bonuses, discounts, cashback or other goodwill uses; it is not automatically owed to the referrer.
- Commission status follows the underlying payment record and payout workflow.

These are route guidelines after the shipping company receives and dispatches the parcel. Seller processing before carrier handoff is separate.

Customs, holidays, weather, flight/freight schedules and local handoffs can change the final ETA.

Hand Over / Collection Confirmation
When your item is ready, use the one-time handover link supplied by TTG or complete the confirmation in store. Signing closes the live tracking job after the permanent handover record is safely archived.
